Class Act Reunion provides comprehensive reunion services to High School Reunion Committees. Our job is to make your job easier. We help do all the work, you take all the credit!
Alumni Research
We search for everyone in your class! We build a database from a list provided by the committee. Research is completed within two weeks of submitting your class list. We find an average of 80-95% of each class. We do ask the committee to provide any previous known addresses. This will increase the chance of finding a current accurate address.
Reunion Coordinator
A reunion coordinator is assigned to your reunion to provide personalize services throughout the planning process. Your coordinator will maintain communication with the Committee Chairman via email or phone calls.
Reunion Financing
Don’t get caught short! Leave the finances to us. We will plan your budget, maintain all records and place all required deposits with facilities and vendors. Registration for your event can be done through our secure online registration with Visa, Mastercard, or Discover.
Reunion Location
We will assist you in selecting a location for your reunion. Our relationships with local hotels, restaurants and country clubs provide a wide range of choices at the best prices. We assume full responsibility for all contracts and deposits.
Reunion Committee
Your reunion coordinator will keep the committee involved and informed. The committee makes all the decisions while we handle all the details. The committee is responsible for setting up a Facebook page for the reunion and to update it with posts during the planning process.
Announcements & Invitations
We design all announcements and invitations for your reunion. Your reunion invitation will feature your school logo and include all information regarding your event. Three mailings are scheduled prior to your reunion. A Save-The-Date postcard will be mailed 5 to 12 months prior to the reunion. Invitations are mailed 3-5 months prior to the reunion and a reminder postcard is mailed 6 weeks prior. We mail on a daily basis, so any address changes will result in a new mailing within 24 hours of receiving it.
Website Page
Your reunion will receive its own page on the Class Act Reunion website. Your classmates will be able to update their address and memory book information, download a registration form, register for the reunion or review the missing classmates list.
Publicity
A letter will be sent to your high school and school board as well as all Public Service Announcements to the local newspapers and radio stations. We will also contact alumni websites and the webmaster at your high school with details of your reunion.
Entertainment
We arrange a DJ for your reunion. Our DJs will play songs from your high school years. We also offer Karaoke for an additional fee.
Memory Memory
A photographer is hired to take a class photo, made available to alumni at an additional charge.
Classmate Memory Book
A memory book is created from the classmate database compiled by Class Act Reunion. It also includes information submitted by classmates such at occupation, spouse, email, children, most vivid memory, ect. The memory book is included in the reunion costs and distributed to all registered classmates.
Decorations
Leave the decorating to us! We will decorate your reunion site to help generate a fun festive atmosphere. All decorations will be in your school colors.
Photo Name Tags
Every pre-registered classmate will receive a photo name tag upon arrival at the reunion. Name tags are printed on a 1mm plastic card with the classmate’s annual photo. The committee needs to provide Class Act Reunion with an annual or email scanned copies of the senior photos.
The Reunion
Our professional staff will be on-hand the night of the reunion to make sure that everything runs smoothly. We will arrives early to handle all the details related to facility coordination set-up, check-in and late registrations. They remain to coordinate the party so it runs smoothly. Committee members are free to be guests at their own reunion.
